Harry Hoopert

Born in Toowoomba, Hoopert spent the past six years with the Reds, switching west for 2024. Hoopert previously worked with Simon Cron at Australia U20, with that connection leading to the move. The prop didn’t play in 2023 after an ACL injury sustained on Australia A duty in October 2022. Hoopert, who grew up on the family farm in Dalby alongside new teammate and close friend Hamish Stewart, is on the cusp of 50 Super Rugby caps but will have a delayed start after knee surgery in February.
