Biography
Billy Meakes returned to Australian Rugby in 2016 after impressing with English Premiership side, Gloucester where he scored seven tries across 45 appearances. Determined to fulfill his lifelong goal of representing the Wallabies, Meakes returned to the Western Force where his hard running and leadership was there for all to see in this year's Vodafone Super Rugby competition.
