Watch every game of Super Rugby Pacific live and on-demand via Stan Sport.

Suaalii burst onto the stage with a player-of-the-match performance for Australia against England at Twickenham.

Ahead of his Waratahs debuts, Suaalii sat down to chat his culture, go-to comfort shows and more.

Your Samoan heritage is well publicity but can you talk about your other heritage?

So my granddad is from Cambodia and came over just before the Vietnam war and he’s been here ever since.  He still lives with my family back home.

I can’t speak any of the language, he tried to teach me but I was too ignorant as a kid. I just enjoy the food now but it’s a journey on myself to go back to Cambodia and learn about that side of your family
