Four Aussies will run out in the Barbarians' starting side for their second tour match against Brazil on Thursday morning (AEDT).

Luke Jones, Angus Cottrell, Pete Samu and Billy Meakes will line up in the XV when the Barbarians take on the Brazilians in an historic Rio de Janeiro match.

Halfback Joe Powell will come off the bench, backing up Jano Vermaak.

Eddie Jones' squad fell just short of an opening tour win against Fiji in London last week but will almost certainly take an emphatic win over the South Americans.

Jones' assistant John Mitchell will lead the squad in this second clash.

The Barbarians return to the UK after their Brazil clash to take on Wales in Cardiff on November 30.

Brazil named their team on Wednesday.

The Welsh named their squad for the week earlier on Wednesday.
