Nothing went to plan for either side in Canberra as the Brumbies hosted the Crusaders. A scoreless second half ensured that this match was one that resulted in more questions than answers.

Chance Peni has been cited by the SANZAAR Foul Play Review Committee for his high shot on Israel Dagg in Saturday's clash with the Crusaders.

Peni was sent to the sin bin in the 19th minute of the match but SANZAAR has deemed the hit worthy of a red card and he will now front the committee on Monday evening.

In a statement, SANZAAR said Peni is alleged to have contravened Law 9.13 - A player must not tackle an opponent dangerously.

If Peni is to avoid the process moving to the tribunal, he must plead guilty and accept the penalty offered by the committee.
