The Super W final will be played on Friday April 20 at Allianz Stadium, in a Super Rugby double header.

NSW's women won the right to host the inaugural tournament decider, against Queensland, with an undefeated regular season that finished with a 57-0 defeat of the Rebels women last weekend.

Though there was an expectation the final would be played on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, with the Waratahs playing in Sydney that weekend, Rugby AU opted to bring the two together.

The women will kick off at 4:45pm AEST, and though it is starting during business hours, fans can rune in to the broadcast LIVE on FOX SPORTS.

Rugby AU CEO Raelene Castle said the match would certainly have plenty of hype.

“We have seen some fantastic rugby in the first season of Buildcorp Super W and I know the final won’t disappoint as both team’s fight to be champions.

“I know rugby fans will really get behind this game by coming to Allianz Stadium or watching the match LIVE on FOX SPORTS and we wish both teams the best in their final preparations.”

Wallaroos coach Dwayne Nestor said he was looking forward to a tough conclusion to the competition.

"As a coach I have been really impressed with the whole competition and I know the Final won’t disappoint," he said.

“We have seen the steady improvement of all teams and there are some genuine selection battles going on to make the Buildcorp Wallaroos extended squad.

“There will be no love lost between NSW and Queensland as you’d expect, and I can’t wait to see what the teams bring when they run out at Allianz Stadium.”

Tickets are available at nswwaratahs.com.au.
