Fullback Jesse Mogg played a full 80 minutes for Montpellier in a tight 19-16 loss against Pau overnight.

Former Wallabies halfback Nic White was injected into the game in the 63rd minute for Montpellier.

Montpellier held the lead for most of the night against Pau, before a Colin Slade try drew scores level in the 70th minute and then a penalty goal from the Kiwi clinched the win with three minutes left.

James O'Connor has been included in a 24-man Toulon squad to travel to Oyonnax.

PREMIERSHIP

Wallabies veteran George Smith turned in a man-of-the-match performance for Wasps in a victory over Bath.

The win puts Wasps back into Premiership’s top three, trailing only Saracens and Exeter.

Winger Cooper Vuna played a full match for Worcester in a confidence-boosting 31-23 win over Sale on Sunday morning (AEDT).

The Warriors win over the Sharks was just their third of the season, coming after a series of close losses in recent weeks.
