Australia U20s Head Coach Adrian Thompson has made four changes to his starting XV to take on Scotland in the World Rugby U20 Championship Fifth v Eighth playoff tomorrow morning (12.30am AEST).
With a mounting injury toll, Thompson has called Fereti Saaga, Riley Winter and Alex Newsome into the starting side with Ned Hanigan moving to blindside flanker to cover for the injured Brad Wilkin.
The Aussie are now looking to finish the tournament in fifth position to ensure the best possible seeding for the 2016 tournament.
“Scotland are going to provide a tough challenge for us and they proved their quality with strong performances against Argentina and Ireland,” said Thompson.
“We are looking to see improvement across the board after the loss to South Africa and want to finish the tournament strongly.”
The match kicks off at 12.30am tomorrow morning (June 16) and will be broadcast LIVE on FOX SPORTS 4.
