Group bookings for the 2012 Castrol Edge Wales Tour & The Castrol Edge Rugby Championship are processed in-house by the Australian Rugby Union.
The criteria for a group booking is as follows:
- a group booking request must be for seven (7) tickets or more for the Wales Test match in Sydney and nine (9) tickets or more for the other Test matches listed below;
- all applications must include a reason for the purchase of tickets; and
- all group booking applications are not guaranteed until reviewed by the Australian Rugby Union for approval.
Tickets required for corporate entertaining will not be issued via the Group Booking process. Please direct your corporate hospitality enquiries to hospitality@rugby.com.au
Travel and ticket packages are also available for all 2012 Qantas Wallabies Test matches through licensed ARU travel agents. Alternatively you can contact your local travel agent for details.

You will be seated amongst Australian fans and will receive a free Castrol Edge Golden Suit, creating a sea of gold to support the Qantas Wallabies. Please note:
- Once your application has been received by the ARU Ticketing Department, it will be presented to ARU Management for approval.
- If your request is successful, your payment will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email for your booking.
- If you are unsuccessful you will be notified via email that ARU Management have declined your request.
- Please also be aware that there are a limited number of tickets available for the Group Booking offer and orders are processed on a first in, first served basis.
Conditions of Sale
Sale of this ticket creates a contract between the ARU and the purchaser which gives the purchaser a transferable but conditional licence for admission to the specified match. The licence will automatically terminate if the purchaser or any subsequent transferee:
(a) resells this ticket at a premium;
(b) resells this ticket through a broker or agent;
(c) advertises or offers this ticket for resale on the internet or any other medium; or
(d) uses this ticket for advertising , promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services,
without the prior, written permission of the ARU. The ARU has the right to deny admission if the licence has terminated.
