The Classics are committed to support the development of the game, selected Charities and Foundations as nominated from time to time.

The organising committee is charged with the responsibility of managing the affairs of the organisation and maintaining responsible financial independence.

As an Affiliate of the Australian Rugby Union the organisation acknowledges it has a responsibility to assist in the promotion of rugby, consistent with the wishes of the ARU.”
