My check in won’t work? I haven’t been given points.
o Rugby Rewards only recognises a selection of the ‘most checked in’ locations. In all cases this should be the stadium (e.g. Suncorp Stadium) and not fan-created check ins such as “Wallabies v Lions”. Please be sure you have officially checked in to the location, not simply updated your location.
Which ticket code do I enter?
o Ticketek (Syd/Can/Bris/Mel): 7-14 digit (numbers, letters & use '_' if included) near barcode area
o Ticketmaster (Per): 7-8 digits (numbers and letters) near barcode area
o Proticket (Newc): You will need to contact ARU via the Qantas Wallabies Facebook page (Facebook.com/Wallabies) to validate your purchase and receive your code. Please include a proof of purchase.
Where can I find the merchandise code?
o The ‘codes’ section of RugbyRewards recognises purchases made from WallabyShop.com.au only. The merchandise code will be highlighted in the order confirmation e-mail that you receive after making your purchase.
I have signed up to Twitter, how do I add my Twitter account to Rugby Rewards?
o You need to add YOUR twitter handle (e.g. @johnsmith) in the appropriate box when you register for Rugby Rewards 2013.
o If you have already registered, you will need to contact ARU via the Qantas Wallabies Facebook page (Facebook.com/Wallabies) and include your twitter handle.
How do I earn points on Facebook and Twitter?
o Wordplay (Facebook and Twitter) – for those who have registered their details on the Rugby Rewards application, you have the chance to claim over 100 points by simply mentioning certain keywords in your Facebook status or a Tweet. These keywords refer to things such as the team, rugby skills as well as partner and competition names. Each Wednesday, we will also reveal a clue via our Facebook page!
o Twitter – mention @QantasWallabies and/or #RugbyRewards in a post for 2 points!
