Ruck Ready
This ruck drill focuses on correct technique in the drive out. Coaching Tips- Feet active and controlled. Pick a target, approach with good body height. Strong point of contact, clearing past the ball.
Maul Ready
This scrum drill focuses on the left side front row and right side front row competing to win the engagement
Scrum Safety
This lineout warm up focuses on correct lifting technique. Coaching Points- Lifters- feet shoulder width apart knees to bent directly beneath hips, crouch in strong position, flat back leg drive, ideally both lifters should be chest to chest with elbows locked. Maintain strong body position to bring jumper to ground safely
