Managers will be issued with a the FINAL VERSION of the Championship Manual in hardcopy at the managers induction meeting on day 1 of the Championship.

There are a number of COMPULSORY requirements for teams during the Championship.

The IRB has announced its match officials list for the second stage of the 2014 IRB Junior World Championships overnight, with two Australians appointed to referee two of the games in New Zealand on Sunday.
