2012 Game Management Guidelines finalised

The Game Management Guidelines for 2012 are now finalised. All State Union and competition managers will receive them and they are also available on the ARU website.
These guidelines are an important point of reference for all involved in community rugby throughout Australia. They provide a framework for players, coaches and match officials which emphasise key law interpretations and safety directives. The guidelines have been completed after a consultation process across all states. Key interpretations made at the recent SANZAR referees’ conference and Australian referee’s camp were also included. Once again this year there will be a major focus on the ‘Big 5’ by the referees.
