East Arnhem Schools Champions of the 2011 NTRU Schools 7s Cup

East Arnhem Schools have been rewarded for depth of team and player numbers and a number of brilliant team performances, dominating the second annual Schools 7s Cup tournament at Austar Park Darwin today. East Arnhem Schools, comprising of players from throughout the Arnhem Region, won a high quality Senior Boys Final against Taminmin College.
East Arnhem Schools also placed 3rd and 4th in the Senior division. Taminmin also performed strongly throughout the day, winning a nail-biting Junior Boys division Final, and placing second in the Senior Boys.
More than 200 senior school students from 20 teams took place in today’s event, which tournament organisers considered a great success.

5th Place Game- Dripstone defeated Kormilda
