Have a Super Rugby player show up at your Come and Try
The keys to making a successful request are primarily:
1) Advance notice (a minimum of one month); and
2) Meeting the request criteria.
The players receive many charity and appearance requests which the team endeavours to meet within the constraints of the players' travel, training, playing and other commitments. Please note that player schedules are often subject to late change. The State Union will not be held liable for the cancellation of an approved player appearance, and/or the replacement of an approved player with another player.
Request must come from the host club on the clubs letter head with the following information:
1. Club name
2. Player(s) requested or number of players required
3. Location of meeting point (name of venue, full address and closest cross street)
4. Date Required (please provide an alternative date if possible)
5. Times required (max 2 hours)
6. Role requirement details (i.e. sign autographs, join in coaching, type of audience, photos)
7. Dress requirements (i.e. shorts, tshirt, joggers)
8. Contact name and mobile number
9. contact email
10. Additional comments
