Camp Wallaby is a skills coaching clinic catering for new & current players wishing to improve their game.
The camp includes two different programs catering for players aged 6yrs to 14yrs.

Camp Wallaby is a non-residential camp held at St. Ignatius College Riverview, Lane Cove in Sydney in Easter holidays (17/18/19/20 April 2012).

TryRugby Kids Pathway Camp
Aim: To improve individual skills to participate in rugby and prepare players of all abilities for the current rugby season
Age Group: 6-12 years (age turning in 2012) old boys and girls
Date: Tuesday 17th April and Wednesday 18th April
Duration: 8.30am – 3.00pm
Skills required: new and current rugby players of all ability
Skills covered: The on-field sessions will cover the key skills area of catch and pass, evasion, contact tackle, ruck and maul, set plays and physical preparation for Rugby. The program will be fun and rewarding with a commitment to quality coaching outcomes
Cost: $170 (each participant will receive a Gilbert Rugby ball, Cap and a water bottle, as well as promotional giveaways)

6-7 year olds (born in 2006 or 2005)
8-9 year olds (born in 2004 or 2003)
10-12 year olds (born in 2002, 2001 or 2000)
Pathway to Gold High Performance Camp
Aim: To improve individual skills to participate in rugby and prepare players of higher abilities for the current rugby season
Age Group: 11-14 years old (age turning 2012)
Date: Thursday 19th April and Friday 20th April
Duration: 8.30am – 4.00pm
Skills required: Current rugby players and athletes with previous experience in body contact sports of high ability. Players should be of representative and ‘A’ team standard at club and/or school.
Skills covered: The sessions will cover both on and off field activities including core and individual skill development, position and unit skills, preparation to play, individual player assessment, recovery and nutrition. The program will be challenging and rewarding with a commitment to quality coaching and player outcomes
Cost: $295 (each participant will receive a Gilbert Rugby ball, visor, water bottle, warm up shirt* and Pathway to Gold player manual including individual player assessment as well as promotional giveaways)

Qantas Wallaby Coaches Attend
Coaching will be provided by Australian Rugby Development and High Performance staff, along with guest Qantas Wallabies coach Robbie Deans and Assistant coaches.
