Upload Player Photos

An Upload Player Photos link has been added to MyRugbyAdmin menu.

The images are used to produce player card sheets that can be printed by MyRugbyAdmin administrators for use in the club or competition.

The images are loaded in MyRugbyAdmin as myrugbyid.jpg                  eg 1182376.jpg

To upload your photo’s


  • Select Upload Player Photo’s link from within MyRugbyAdmin
  • Choose Select Images, browse to your folder on your computer and select as many photos as you like.
  • The “My file upload” box (where I am selecting the files) shows an Open or Cancel button. I select Open to add the files to MyRugbyAdmin. (Your button name could be different.)
  • Label each of the files with the MyRugbyId of the player/s and then click Upload Images to add the images to MyRugbyAdmin. The progress box will update with percentage complete, as the upload takes place. The message “Upload Completed” will display once all images have been uploaded.
  • If you make a mistake, use the Clear List button to clear and start again.
  • To return to MyRugbyAdmin, select the MyRugbyAdmin link on the top righthand side of the screen. 


To print the player cards/player photos

  • select the age group or team under Current Members search,
  • select all the players that you want to print cards for and click CARDS
  • select print from the File menu (File - > Print)
