The ARU have launched a new Online Registration and payment system. The system has been tested over the last year and a number of clubs and referee associations provided their feedback which has been taken on board and where possible has been implemented for the 2014 season.
The new system has been designed to make it quick and easy for your members to renew online. It will also allow new members for your club/association to register online. Payment of registration fees can also be collected, three options of payment have been included; cash, direct deposit and PayPal. Please see the Payment section for more information on these options and setup.
The ‘How do I setup Online Registration?’ page explains the setup process for the Registration system l in addition to providing a document that’s outlines what each menu item and tab means.
Also included in this area of the website is a Frequently Asked Questions page which may answer some of the questions you might have regarding the system. If you are still unsure about a specific area of the system or you would like some further information that is not disclosed in the printable document found on the ‘How do I setup Online Registration and Payment?’ page, then please contact the MyRugby Admin Helpdesk.

“We were very happy with the online registration system, it made the rego process much easier for both players and administrators. Our players found the portal easy to use, and were happy to see the back of paper forms. Our club admin was made much easier, able to keep track of both registrations and payments. We used Paypal for most payments, which once set up saw most of our subs paid electronically through the ARU portal. I would recommend it to all clubs.”

“The QRRA has a large membership and before the on line registration system, organising registrations was a real task. We are now using the on line system for the second year and after extensive use we can confirm that it has reduced the time required to invite re-registration significantly. What used to take days can be achieved in an hour. This provides us with the time to concentrate on retention and follow up. If you have not signed up I would recommend that you seriously consider that option as it is a real time saver.”
