This section provides a lump sum benefit to insured's that suffer permanent injury or death.
Death $100,000 or, if under 18 years, $10,000.
Permanent Quadriplegia or Paraplegia $400,000.
Other Permanent Disability (as per table) up to $300,000.

Weekly Benefits are payable whilst you are temporarily totally disabled and wholly and continuously prevented from engaging in any occupation and/or attending school and/or studies. Categories include:
Income Earner - max. $300 per week; 28 day excess
Non-Income Earner (Domestic Help) - max. $300 per week; 14 day excess
Full Time Student (Home Tutor) - max. $300 per week; 14 day excess and
Parents Inconvenience Allowance - max. $100 per day; 2 day excess.
Payment of 80% of non-Medicare medical expenses (incurred within 12 months of injury) after any reimbursement from your health fund. These expenses include private hospital accommodation, physiotherapy, pharmacy, ambulance and dentistry. The maximum benefit payable is $3,000. An Excess of $100 applies to each claim. (No excess for Ambulance only claims if the amount claimed is greater than $100).
The Health Insurance Act (Cth) 1973 does not permit the Insurer to contribute to any Medical Expenses covered (whether fully or partly) by Medicare (“the Medicare Gap”).
Reimbursement of Travel and Accommodation Expenses, in regard to -
Limited to 80% of the actual Travel and Accommodation Expenses, with Accommodation Expenses not exceeding $150 per night. Subject to a maximum of $1,000 in total.

Under this section your club and it's Insured Persons are insured for legal liability in respect of bodily injury or property damage arising during the period of insurance and caused by an occurrence in connection with rugby. (NOTE: the Liability policy excludes liabilities arising from the business of a ‘Licensed Club’).
The insurance provided is for $20,000,000 any one occurrence. There is a $1,000 excess on each and every claim.
