The Penrith Rugby Club kicked off their season with a bang, hosting a skills and drills clinic for local junior village clubs along with a gala jersey presentation that included NSW Rugby Union president Nick Farr-Jones.

More than 80 local juniors had the chance to mix with their Wallaby and Waratah hero Wycliff Palu and also celebrity appearance from Tah Man.

Participants were put through some active and challenging skills and drills, conducted by the NSW Community Development staff and finished with a photo and signing session with Palu and Tahman.

As part of the Season launch, the senior club then hosted an island buffet feast for Penrith members, players and supporters including former World Cup winning halfback Nick Farr-Jones.
