Screen Updates

Address Validation

The Update your Details / Update Account pages in MyRugby (self service portal) and MyRugbyAdmin have been updated with an autocomplete field for addresses.

An autocomplete is a field that automatically suggests information for you as you type.

This will ensure consistency of address information in the system.

The Address Type Field has two selections:

1.       Street Address should be used for normal standard addresses including Units and Apartments.

2.       PO Box / RMB / Other address should be used for Po Box numbers, Road Mail Box (RMB) or any other address eg Property names like “Cooinda”

Once the Address Type is select, complete the address field and select the correct address from the suggestions provided. Use the Save Changes button to save the record.

Address Updates

The address search is updated quarterly with new address information. In a few cases with new housing estates, or changes in address information, the address will not be able to be selected.

If your administrators find that a particular address is not recognised, please ask them to

-          Add the address via the PO Box Address type so that it is still updated on the system

-          Advise us at MyRugbyAdmin Helpdesk. myrugbyadmin@rugby.com.au
