A former Australian Touch Football representative, Gemma Etheridge earned her debut for the Qantas Women’s Sevens after strong showings with the Aussie Pearls.

Etheridge debuted at the Asia Pacific Sevens, competing in all five games and scoring tries against Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Japan.

She earned her second call up for the IRB Women’s Sevens World Series in Dubai.

Etheridge is a fraternal twin with fellow Australian Sevens squad member Nikki Etheridge.
