At 18 years old, Charlotte Caslick is already a dual international, having represented her country at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival in Sevens and played for Touch Football Australia at both age-grade and open levels.

Caslick made her debut for Touch Football Australia Under 18s as a 16-year-old, and played two years at the open level as a 17 and 18-year-old.

She was a member of the Queensland Schoolgirls side that won the National Schools Rugby Sevens Tournament on the Gold Coast in 2012.

Caslick then captained the Australian Youth Olympic Festival Sevens team to a Gold medal in early 2013.

She currently works with Queensland Rugby Union's Rookies to Reds program.
