After a promising debut, injury ruled Clark out for much of the 2011-12 season, however upon return to the pitch saw the winger compete in seven of nine HSBC Sevens World Series events in the 2012-13 season.

Clark established himself as a reliable option in the Australian backline and was often utilised as a goal kicker, with most of his points this season coming from the boot.

He was awarded a spot in the Las Vegas ‘Dream Team’ during the fourth stop of the 2013-14 HSBC World Series.

Prior to his involvement in the Australian Sevens program, Clark was already familiar with current teammates Allan Fa’alava’au, Sean McMahon and Will Miller, as they represented Australian Schoolboys together in 2011.

In 2013, Clark represented Australia as a member of the Rugby World Cup Sevens squad.
