After staking a claim to the Australian Men’s Sevens jersey with appearances for the Aussie Thunderbolts in Noosa and Samoa for two years, Con Foley made the move to international Sevens with a debut at the inaugural Gold Coast Sevens in 2011.
Con is one of the most consistent players in the squad and is a regular on the World Series circuit, playing every round of the 2013-14 season.
Con also toured South Africa with the Australian Under 20s for the Junior World Championship – along with Sevens teammates Tom Cusack, Sean McMahon, Allan Fa’alava’au and Lewis Holland.
Foley was also one of Australia’s leading players in the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2013 campaign.
