DEAN MUMM enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2007, his first year at Super 14 level. Making his debut in week one against the Lions in Johannesburg, Mumm finished off playing 12 of the team’s 13 matches in the Waratahs pack. Mumm capped off the year with selection in Australia A for the Pacific Nations Cup.
2002 Won the GPS title with Kings first XV, captaining the side as well as NSW Schools and Australian Schoolboys.
2004 Member of Australian Barbarians squad, toured with Waratahs Development squad on tour of Argentina.
2005 Member of Australian Under 21 squad for IRB World Championships, losing to South Africa in the final; Re-signed with Waratahs for two years in Super 14.
2006 Member of Waratahs Development squad for tour to British Isles
2007 Super14 debut for Waratahs against Lions in Round 1, going on to play 12 of 13 matches for the year; selected for Australia A in Pacific Nations Cup; member of Sydney Fleet in Australian Rugby Championships.
