At just 26 years of age and after just six years of International rugby, GEORGE SMITH has achieved more in the game than most players could hope for in an entire career.

The former John Eales Medallist is just 10 caps short of David Wilson's record Wallaby mark for Test appearances by a flanker, having now amassed 69 Test caps on top of 81 Super 14 matches for the Brumbies.

Smith is making his sixth International Tour with the Wallabies after playing in all nine Tests during the winter.

Sporting a new look after doing away with his trademark dreadlocks in the name of charity, Smith will use the Spring Tour to try to reclaim the Wallaby No.7 jersey after losing his place in the starting side to Phil Waugh during the Tri Nations.
