Matt Carraro’s direct style and considerable strength saw him rise to prominence for Randwick during the 2006 club season, a year that fi nished with the former Waratah Academy member signed to a rookie contract by the Brumbies. 12 months and four Super 14 matches later the former Australian Schoolboy and Central Coast junior accepted an offer to return home to link with the Waratahs ahead of the 2008 season.
