Fleet-footed centre Brackin Karauria-Henry is one of just two players from the 22 utilised by Australian Sevens coach Michael O'Connor to play in each of the eight events on the IRB Sevens World Series circuit in 2009/10.
Taking little time to adjust to the free-flowing style of Sevens, Brackin quickly emerged as Australia's leading try-scorer, touching down for 30 five-pointers across the season.
He scored three or more tries in all but one of the events as he made a seamless transition back to Rugby after a two-year stint in the NRL with the Cronulla Sharks.
Consistent performances, which showcased his pure speed, saw Brackin earn a NSW Waratahs contract and become the latest of seven Rugby Sevens stars to earn a full Super 15 contracts for 2011.
The skilful 21-year-old is a graduate of Endeavour Sports High in Sydney's south and won the Arrive Alive Cup, a schoolboy rugby league competition, in his final year at school.
