The CA Brumbies, in association with ActewAGL, are once again pleased to bring the ActewAGL Country Visits program back to Southern NSW.
The Brumbies stars will split into groups, and travel to a number of regional venues on Thursday the 30th of March to visit young country rugby players.
The program aims to promote rugby union as a rewarding sport and encourage talented players to continue their interest in rugby.
The program will feature appearances by players from the CA Brumbies, giving fans and local rugby players the chance to meet their heroes whilst improving on their skills and understanding of the game.
Brumbies Chief Executive Officer Andrew Fagan said, "Each year during the competition we take time out to visit our supporters in the regional areas to assist in the development of grass roots rugby union."
During these country visits fans will have the unique opportunity to come face to face with some of rugby's biggest stars and interact with the Brumbies through a variety of games and activities.
The visits will allow the CA Brumbies to meet their country fan base and encourage the growth of rugby in regional areas.
"The CA Brumbies players always look forward to the opportunity to touch base with supporters and budding young rugby players in these areas," said Fagan.
ActewAGL Manager Marketing and Communications Paul Walshe said, "ActewAGL is delighted to once again partner with Brumbies Rugby to deliver the Country Visits program to regional communities.
"At ActewAGL we remain focused on and committed to supporting the sporting community - especially great activities like this program".
