The Brumbies have been boosted by the return of star Henry Speight who will celebrate his 100th match for the club.

Brumbies winger Henry Speight will finally hit his 100th Super Rugby cap, against the Jaguares on Sunday.

Speight was in line to hit the milestone against the Reds a fortnight ago, but was a late scratching due to a knee injury, that also ruled him out of last week's Highlanders match.

The 30-year-old is far from the only change to the side, with co-captain Christian Lealiifano being rested, after a heavy off-season workload, bringing Kyle Godwin in at 12.

Lealiifano played from August until December with Irish side Ulster, before linking up with the Brumbies in preseason, and playing every regular season match so far.

Joe Powell will be at halfback for the Brumbies for the first time in three matches, with Matt Lucas back on the pine.

Youngster Jordan Jackson-Hope comes onto the bench after an impressive cub outing for Tuggeranong.

In the forwards, Sam Carter is back in the starting XV, with rookie lock Darcy Swain coming into the 23, and Blake Enever dropping out altogether, while Mees Erasmus replaces Les Makin in the 23.

The Brumbies take on the Jaguares on Sunday afternoon, kicking off at 4:05pm AEST, LIVE on FOX SPORTS and via RUGBY.com.au RADIO.
