Burrows in Brumbies Tens squad

Wallaroos veteran Louise Burrows will head the Brumbies' women's squad for the Brisbane Tens,

Burrows, who has been to four Women's World Cups, is a stalwart of the ACT side and will add another first to her list, with the first Brumbies women's Tens squad.

The 39-year-old will be joined by 17 other ACT women, looking to push their claims against the Melbourne Rebels, Queensland and NSW women's teams.

Brisbane shapes as a crucial lead-in tournament for the inaugural Super W set to kick off in March.

The Brumbies will also have World-Cup winning Black Ferns player Charlene Grubb in the squad for the tournament.

The Brisbane Tens kicks off on Friday February 9, running until Saturday February 10. Buy tickets here.
