The Sydney Stars and Greater Sydney Rams have named their sides for Sunday's local derby at Leichhardt Oval.

The Stars take on Greater Sydney Rams at Leichhardt Oval, in a fixture that will double as Family Day for the club.

The Stars will be looking to turn around last year’s result against the Rams, which saw the Rams take the derby honours 47-16.

For this week, and in another nod to their commitment in developing young talent, Stars Head Coach Peter Playford unveils more new faces, including Senio Tolefoa starting at lock, Jordan Yuapou starting at flanker, and Chris Talakai on the bench.  Christian Kagiassis gets another jersey in the dugout and will be hoping to get some game time this week.

Jeremy Tilse and James Hanson return to the front row and will be providing good power up front.  Tom Kingston, Harry Jones and John Hale will be hoping to flirt with some razzle dazzle at the back.

The Rams have also named their side with Jed Holloway once again named as skipper as the Western Sydney outfit go in search of their first win of the campaign.

Fans catch the  for those that can’t make it to Leichhardt Oval can watch the game LIVE on foxsports.com.au and FOX SPORTS Now.
