Queensland Reds prop Ben Daley has been ruled out of the next four months, after undergoing pectoral surgery this week.

Daley, who missed most of 2015 after re-injuring a troublesome shoulder in training, suffered the injury against the Rebels last weekend.

Young prop Pettowa Peraka replaces Daley on the bench, with Sef Fa'agase starting at loosehead for the Reds.

Karmichael Hunt has retained the starting fullback spot, part of an unchanged starting XV to face the Blues.
