Force vs Hurricanes

February 27, 2015 - Force 13 - Hurricanes 42

The Force was outclassed by the Hurricanes, on the way ot one of the best regular season Super Rugby records. The home side scored a late try, through Mitchell Scott but by then the result was already squared away. Winger Julian Savea was the key destroyer for the Hurricanes, with 112 run metres.

April 22, 2013, Hurricanes 22 - Force 16

The Force nearly sprung an upset on the powerhouse new Zealand side in 2013, falling just six points short in Wellington. Coming off a win over the Crusaders, the WA franchise had opportunities to score against the Hurricanes but couldn’t convert them. A yellow card to the Kiwis in the final eight minutes helped the Force but the visitors couldn’t make them pay.

March 10, 2012, Force 19 - Hurricanes 46

A TJ Perenara hat-trick set the tone for a big Hurricanes win in Perth back in 2012. Perenara scored five-pointers in the ninth, 34th and 49th minutes to seal the Kiwis’ win. Matt Hodgson scored the sole Force try in the 18th minute, while current Sevens representative James Stannard led the WA scoring with 18 points.

Waratahs vs Highlanders

Semi-final,June 27, 2015 Allianz Stadium Waratahs 17 - Highlanders 35

The Waratahs were knocked out of the Super Rugby finals by the Highlanders in an ultimately decisive scoreline. A yellow card to Jacques Potgieter with NSW just three points down proved the pivotal point in the match, with a penalty try given to the Kiwis in the 57th minute.

March 14, 2015- Highlanders 26 - Waratahs 19

After a blistering 12-0 start, a lacklustre midsection from the Waratahs handed a 26-12 lead to the Highlanders. A late scramble from NSW handed them a losing bound point but they were left to rue some missed chances. A yellow card to prop Sekope Kepu in the 28th mintue when the Waratahs still held their 12-point buffer proved a turning point the game, with a 14 point turnaround leading into half-time.

July 6, 2014 Waratahs 44 - Highlanders 16

The Waratahs took a big win over the highlanders in their championship year, running in six tries to one. Flyhalf Bernard Foley was the game breaker for the Waratahs, making 134 metres and scoring 28 points off his boot, while flanker Michael Hooper made 10 tackles in a typically effective performance.

Sunwolves vs Rebels

The Rebels are facing the Sunwolves for the first time in Super Rugby, when they head to Tokyo this weekend.

Reds vs Blues

May 2, 2014 - Blues 44 - Reds 14

The Blues took a 30-point win over Queensland, when they last played in 2014. Ben Daley and James horwill scored the only tries for Queensland as Auckland finished with five for the match. Horwill, Rob Simmons and jake schatz all finished with 11 tackles for the game.

April 26, 2013 - Reds 12 - Blues 11

A 74th minute Quade Cooper penalty gave the Reds a one-point win over the BLues at Suncorp Stadium. Cooper scored all of the Reds points in the match, with four penalties proving enough to take a win. Jackson Willison crossed for the Blues in the 30th minute, the only try of the match.

April 27, 2012 - Blues 11 - Reds 23

The Reds took a critical road win in their matchup against the Blues in Auckland. Digby Ioane snatched a try in the opening minute, with winger Luke Morahan following just four minutes later. Dom Shipperley rounded out the scoring in the 43rd minute, as Queensland sealed their victory.

Stormers vs Brumbies

Qualifying final June 20,2015 Stormers 19 - Brumbies 39

The Brumbies secured a Super Rugby semi-finals spot with a win over the Stormers in their qualifying final. A red card to Henry Speight put him in doubt for the finals, after a tip tackle on Stormers centre Juan de Jongh. Two men down in the final five minutes after Scott Fardy was sent to the bin as well, the Brumbies still managed to pull out a match-sealing try, through fullback Jesse Mogg.

May 9, 2015 Stormers 25 Brumbies 24

Despite scoring two tries to one in Newlands, the Brumbies went away with just a losing bonus point against the Stromers. A string of penalties saw the Brumbies cough up 19 unanswered points,before a 70th minute David Pocock put the Brumbies one point down. Christian Lealiifano missed the conversion, an ultimately match-deciding move, with no scores after that.

March 22, 2014 Brumbies 25- Stormers 15

The Brumbies moved to the top of the Aussie conference after a win over the Stormers in 2014. Robbie Coleman scored a double for the ACT before a late penalty try secured the win for the home side and put a losing bonus point out of reach of the Stormers.
