Who’s in and who’s out for your Asteron Life Super Rugby team this week, we have all the whispers from around the grounds.

Brumbies

Henry Speight is expected to miss the Super Rugby Semi-Final after a dangerous tackle in the Brumbies 39-19 win against the Stormers last week. SANZAR officials are still deliberating on a verdict.

An untimely headache for Stephen Larkham but he does have Mr Fix-It Robbie Coleman to call on, as well as in-again out-again reserve James Dargaville. Nigel Ah Wong sat on the bench spot in Cape Town and the former Reds flyer could also slide in to cover.

Matt Toomua left the field for a concussion test in the lead up to Joe Tomane’s first try, but the playmaker did return later and showed no ill-effects.

Otherwise, the Brumbies are set to be unchanged for the clash with the ‘Canes. Joe Tomane bursting with a new-found confidence after his stellar performance against the Stormers.

Waratahs

A week off didn’t ease the Waratahs’ injury concerns with three of their main men under a cloud. Kurtley Beale missed their last-start against the Reds because of a quad injury while Rob Horne is available after suspension but he’s picked up a calf complaint. Matt Carraro has filled in valiantly in 2015 but he’s also struggling with a thumb problem.

Tolu Latu has served his suspension and will move onto the bench in place of Hugh Roach.

Michael Cheika may juggle his forward pack to face the free-flowing Highlanders. The coach has rotated his backrow in the last few games, as his side start to stiffen up with the end of the season looming large.

It could be the last game in Blue for a host of Tahs legends, with Wycliff Palu, Adam Ashley-Cooper, Jacques Potgieter, Sekope Kepu and Peter Betham to move on at season’s end.
