The Lloyd McDermott Rugby Development Team ( LMRDT ) is committed to promote Rugby Union for Young Aboriginal Men & Women, so that the participation rate is increased in future years.

The four main programmes offered are the U16s, U18s, Ella Sevens, and Women's Rugby. LMRDT is also developing programmes in golf and netball.
