Tetera Faulkner continued his progression as one the Force’s most consistent forwards in 2015, playing in every match. The capped Wallaby has made a name for himself as a powerful scrummager and his excellent work ethic around the park makes him an invaluable member of the WA franchise. A product of the Melbourne rugby community, he was an Australian Schoolboy, U19 and U20 representative and had stints with the Brumbies and Waratahs Academies prior to joining the Force.
Listed as a marquee Wallabies allocation in 2015, Tetera Faulkner’s rapid rise through the ranks of Australian props has limited his appearances to just a handful over the first two seasons of the Buildcorp National Rugby Championship.
Seen as one of the most promising tighthead props in the country, Faulkner’s workrate around the ground adds to his impressive scrummaging. Faulkner spent two years in the Australian Schoolboys, being picked from Cheltenham Secondary College in Melbourne in 2005, and then from Marist College in Canberra in 2006, before linking with the Brumbies Academy in 2007.
