Tatafu Polota-Nau remains a vital cog in the Wallabies and NSW Waratahs front row arsenal. Renowned for his surprising turn of speed, fearless ball-carrying and untamed locks, Polota-Nau has built a reputation as one of the most tenacious hookers in World Rugby. After a Super Rugby season marred by injury in 2015, Polota-Nau reasserted himself as back-up hooker to Stephen Moore in his 11th international season for the Wallabies. Polota-Nau is one of few players to have achieved the rare distinction of having represented Australia at Test level before making his Super Rugby debut, and last season reached the 50-cap milestone before his 30th birthday. Born and raised and Western Sydney, Polota-Nau is a passionate supporter of the region and its Rugby development through his roles with the Greater Western Sydney Rams and the Parramatta Two-Blues.
