Sydney born Hugh Sinclair was an integral part of the Norths team who won the Shute Shield Premiership in 2016, and broke a 41-year club drought.
Hugh and his brother Angus, both Vice-Captains for the Norths side, performed outstandingly throughout the 2016 season, with Hugh being capped Man of the Match in the history making grand final between Norths and Sydney Uni.
Hugh's 2016 performances earned him a spot on the Sydney Rays NRC side for the second year.
In 2017, after having a break out season with the Norths and the Rays, Hugh was contacted by the Melbourne Rebels in the middle of the Shute Shield season to make a start for the Melbourne Rebels.
Now with Super Rugby experience under his belt, Hugh returns to the Sydney Rays in 2017 for his third season in the NRC.
