Biography

Earned the nickname 'Iceman' after kicking some notable match-winning penalty goals - firstly for the NSW Waratahs to seal the 2014 Super Rugby Championship and secondly for his decisive strike in the 2015 Rugby World Cup Quarter Final against Scotland. Foley originally came to the attention of selectors through the Australian Sevens team, where he helped Australia win a silver medal at 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. The Waratahs flyhalf has also played for the Ricoh Black Rams, after a stint in the Japanese Top League in 2015/16.
