After a season abroad with French club Agen, Aidan Toua is returning to Australia to make his mark with the Brumbies. Born in Port Moresby before moving to Queensland with his family as a boy. It was whilst at Brisbane school Churchie that Toua blossomed into the electric player he is today, firstly playing with the Queensland Schoolboys and then progressing through to the Australian Schoolboys in 2006 and 2007. In 2010, Toua was selected to play for the Australian U20s alongside current Brumbies teammates Scott Sio, Robbie Coleman and Matt Toomua. The side achieved Australia's greatest ever result at a Junior World Cup, finishing runners-up to New Zealand. Toua was a big contributor throughout, scoring a notable try in the Semi-Final victory over England. Following his performances at the Junior World Cup, Toua immediately linked up with Reds, making his debut in 2011. Upon his return to Australia in July 2015, Toua joined the Vikings for the 2015 National Rugby Championship season and left his mark on the competition in just four appearances, giving Brumbies' fans a taste of what he is capable of and hopefully a glimpse of things to come for the outside back.
