The Melbourne Rebels U20s have put in a dominant display at Gosch’s Paddock in Melbourne on Sunday to run out convincing 52-21 winners over the Western Force U20s.

The home side showed their class from the start when in the fourth minute lock Benjamin Collins crossed over to give the Rebels U20s the perfect start. Scrum half Harrison Goddard easily converting the try.

They soon doubled their lead when centre Hunter Paisami intercepted a pass to race through under the posts giving Goddard another easy conversion and a 14-0 lead.

Fullback Semisi Tupou then showed why he has such a bright future in the game when he finished off a great team try to score in the 18th minute on the wing.

Tupou capped off a fantastic half for the home side dodging two defenders to add his second try and send the Rebels U20s into the sheds leading the Force U20s 26-0 at half time.
