Junior Reporters

If you attended the Brumbies v Hurricanes game in Canberra on Friday 14 March, you would have watched the match totally unaware that others were getting a much better view. Four local school students were at the Stadium as part of the EdRugby Junior Reporter programme which gave them the chance to be a sports reporter for a night. The students went behind-the-scenes, touring the stadium and gaining access to the media area, onto the ground interviewing Mark Gerrard after the match, and having a close encounter with the Hurricanes squad. As part of their experience, they had to write a story about the match.

Jessica Goyne, Brendan Regan,David Robertson and Keiran Deck were the junior reporters, click through to read their full accounts.
