Games Analysis
Games analysis may involve a Rugby coach observing a live or filmed Rugby game and/or studying statistics from a Rugby game.
A Rugby coach may use games analysis to:
- Evaluate individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Study the opposition's strengths and weaknesses and develop tactics to address them;
- Grow knowledge and understanding about the requirements of each playing position.
