Securing a good home ground is not always easy. This section explores different avenues available to clubs for tenure of facilities, reviews relationships with key stakeholders and analyses facilities planning and grants.
It is designed to assist clubs in understanding contractual agreements as well as advising them on how to maintain healthy, working relationships with the local council, stakeholders and the community as a whole.
In order to improve a club's facilities or obtain a new site, a section has been devoted to facility grants. This includes planning and feasibility, as well as, sourcing and preparing grant applications to successfully improve the facilities of the local Rugby club.
