Judicial Procedures
All matches played under the jurisdiction of a Member/Affiliate Union to the Australian Rugby Union shall be bound by IRB REGULATION 17. ILLEGAL AND/OR FOUL PLAY AND MISCONDUCT, in particular the procedures set out in Regulations 17.26 - 17.28.
The Australian Rugby Union has developed the following model disciplinary procedures for use by Member and Affiliate Unions in Australian Domestic Rugby Competitions in accordance with IRB Regulation 17.28 (ie, for non-International Matches and Matches that do not form part of an International Tour or International Tournament).
Note: These model procedures have been drafted for domestic use only. Member and Affiliated Unions are reminded that additional procedures may apply in respect of the ARU Code of Conduct, as notified to the Member and Affiliated Unions from time to time.
