Qantas Wallabies Rewards Program
In 2008, Australian Rugby Union created some great opportunities for Junior Rugby players and coaches to have exclusive access to our flagship team the Qantas Wallabies. Opportunities were available in all Test Match cities, in the lead up to each game. These include;
Test Week Opportunities
Junior Club Training Visit : Exclusive participation for 1 Junior Club (per test) to have Qantas Wallaby players attend their junior training evening.
Train and Play: Exclusive participation for a limited number of current registered junior rugby players (6–16 years old) to train and play with the Qantas Wallabies for a one hour session.
Test Match Opportunities
Bledisloe Cup Relay: Junior players to enter the field of play carrying the Bledisloe Cup during the Bledisloe Cup Relay, prior to Teams Entry.
Junior Wallaby: 1 x match ball runne per test to enter field of play and place the match ball on half way line prior to Teams Entry
Guard of Honour: 2 x teams per test to enter field of play for Teams Entry and form a guard of honour for both participating nations.
Walla & Mini Matches: 4 x teams per test to enter field of play (2 x Walla, 2 x Mini) and participate in a game of Walla and Mini prior to the team’s warm up or during half time.
