What are your qualifications (coaching/officiating level)? Currently completing Level 3 Coach and I am a level 2 Referee
How did you get involved in refereeing/coaching? Completed Uni Practical with NSW Rugby Union Development Officer in Wagga Wagga
Your officiating / coaching career highlight? Coached 2006 NT Schoolboys Team to Division 2 Final
Your future coaching / refereeing aspirations? Hopefully become involved in coaching at a professional level in the future
What attracts you most to being a State Coaching/Refereeing Manager? Being able to assist in the improvement of coaches at all levels, therefore hopefully improving the standard of players in the Northern Territory.
Most difficult aspect of your coaching/officiating position? Number of volunteers available to coach and high turnover of volunteer coaches in the NT.
Coaching / Officiating idol/role model? Why? Tony Bundock, Currently mentoring me through Level 3, current Rugby head Coach at Northern Territory Institute of Sport. Always readily available to provide feedback and support.
Best advice you could give a new referee / coach ? Read the Law Book
Other interests aside from Rugby? Golf, fishing, waterskiing.
Favourite Super 14 team/favourite player? NSW Waratahs, Phil Waugh
